you can put an exhaust from a 94-01 ls on a 00-01 gsr and vice versa. but you cant put a 94-99 gsr exhaust on an ls.

you could put the exhaust on your ls, but its the same size, same exhaust so there isn't any performance to gain

I am talking about an aftermarket exhaust made for the 94-99 GSR.

Will it bolt up to a 94 LS?

If not, why? What is the difference?

Thanks

If it's an Hswap in an ls or gsr, it won't make a difference, you're using a dif header.

The main difference in the gsr/ls, And in between years is the length of the bottom pipe on the stock header.

the stock GSR has a shorter header and a longer b-pipe, so u can cut the b-pipe to match with a LS header/cat combo if u wanted to.
