The beginning. Budget buildup....
Car is home. Not together yet. Came out very well. Pics on Page 2
1994 honda civic. $800 dollar car.
Motor installed. Suspension done. Tires ordered. Lacking paint.... Here are some teaser paint pics. Car was originally red. Engine bay was done with rattle can and rattle can clear. Valve cover was just for ***** and grins. Took about 15 mins to do. Need to smooth the top out a bit more. Will have a full write up once car is painted. Going to paint the car in the garage, show you how good a garage paint job can turn out. Standard compressor, some fans, lots of plastic for a booth. ahaha More pics to come.

Well, the valve cover was kinda the wifes idea (boob pics to come). Its shaved, and the paint is just gold flake so you can see the shiny aluminum underneath. I honestly did it in about 15 mins or so. The cover matched my rims...
Heres a few more pics as of now.

I dont know yet. I had myself all set on black. But i like the champion ship white also.... No matter what color it was the engine bay had to be black. Painting an engine bay with a motor in it is ****** HARD as ****. ahah ayou cant tape everything off.. Blacks the way to go.
Im leaning towards PPG CW...

Im diggin that valve cover...
I personally think that CW is a very played out color right now, although it is a very beautiful color when applied correctly. I suggest going with more of a light silverish color. I think the gold wheels will look good and it will not offset the black bay as much as the white would.... just my $.02
You might take a look at the color "Blue Ice". Came on some Cadillac models 3-4 years ago... I'll see if i can find a pic.
