reuse spirolocks on JE's?

reuse spirolocks on JE's?
I dont know if this is the right section to post this although its meant for boost 
I picked up a new set of JE's from someone here on HT. He had the wrist pin and the spirolocks in the piston already...now the box they came in says they should not be reused once they are installed, well I have to take them out to put them on the rods. Can I still use them even though they have not been run?
