Default Toda clutch ?

Does anybody here have it on their ITR's?
How does it compare to stock?
Is it streetable (3 puck version)?
Is it worth going over Exedy clutch?

my car is a daily driver. maybe at the race track once a year only

I have the Exedy on my car with the stock fw and its a stiff pedal but fine for daily driving, just have the mechanic adjust it right

I believe Exedy makes the clutches for Toda. Correct me if I am wrong.

If your car is mainly a daily driver, go with the organic disc.

Don't trust others to do work on your car, learn to do it on your own if possible.

LOL. I just saw the price of the Toda clutch.

Their cams and headers are worth it.. but a clutch is a wear item.
You could buy a ACT, Clutchmaster, 2 stock ITR and 3 cases of beer for the price of 1 Toda clutch kit.

.....toda is dirt cheap in japan. about 50%-100% stiffer than stock (almost no difference really), and grabs much better.

.....sorry, I was talking about the street (full face) TODA clutch that I have with the toda flywheel. IMHO, it should've come stock.

Stock is like a joke as far as pedal pressure. Double it, and it still isn't much resistance.....

For measure, try a 6 puck race and see how your leg spasms in traffic.....

Oh yeah, for the originator of the thread: DO NOT GET THE toda RACE CLUTCH! It is like an on/ off switch. Your options will be to burnout or stall at every light..... no ability to feather it!
