-Is compressed air available at the track?
-Is there waste fluid (oil/brake) disposal on site?
-Is there a good gas station (not on site) nearby?

Free air is available at the track.

Hmm not sure about that. But there's a Wal-Mart nearby maybe you can ask them to dispose the fluid for you?
-Is there a good gas station (not on site) nearby?
About 5 miles away, where Gueshouse Inn and all other hotels are.

Actually I think there is a small mom and pop gas station down that road about a mile or 2 right off Phoenix across from the track, not sure if it's decent gas though.

BTW - they have high octane gas at the track. The closest good gas station is over by the hotels.
