Default car accident.... perfect time for a body kit???

hey people i just got into a minor accident, hardly any damage to my baby.

but questions is when i get a body kit does it replace the factory parts? like i can just take the factory parts n just bolt on the body kit? cuz right now my front bumper is limp jerry rigged it so it will just stay on....

Depends on the body kit. Some of them completely replace the bumpers and sideskirts, and others fit over, or attach to factory pieces.

there is no such thing

but if you are soo adiment on getting one trying to talk you out of it is pointless, and yes most kits are replacements, i.e. fenders hood, but make sure when you buy it that it is. But as far as i know they all are direct replacements

well as for timin, theres no point of fixin it to new factory parts when i can just put a body kit you know? saves money n time

Just a warning...most people here don't like body kits and are even angered by them at this point. Aside from the very, very few clean ones, they went out of style after the "lemme make my Honda look as Transformer-like as possible" phased passed by.

hahaha i remember those cars at car shows, i not going for that just something simple thats looks stock just want a bit wider fenders cuz i plan on getting wider tires for better handlin.

I ask myself this question everytime i do something to my car: "function n purpose?.."

</TD></TR></TABLE> get the correct size tires. wider tires will not benefit your car at all and will only slow your car down. if you want more traction then get better tires.

if it is stock or some type pf B, k, etc then stock tires or the equivalent would still be better then wider. just get stickier

umm i have a D16Y8 right now, still debatin wether or not im going to do a engine cuz with the amount of cash im going to spend on a swap i can just beff up the engine i have now n just turbo it
