Default hard starts and a bit of confusion

hey guys, i have a bit of a mess on my hands. i just put a new F22B DOHC motor in my accord. just plugged it all in and went about my business. well ive been having all kinds of idle issues(~1,800 CONSISTANT), and my car wont start for anything when cold. ive cleaned my IACV and FITV, checked all my vaccum lines, adjusted my TPS and Idle screw. the big problem im having is that my new motor didnt come with a coolant temp sensor (i believe thats what it is) in the front removable coolant neck, like it didnt even have provisions for one. so of course it was throwing a code six at first. well ive swapped the necks and it still is throwing the code. what i was hoping is that someone could post pics of their H23 or F22 (or anything similar for that matter, im desperate) coolant temp sensors so i can find out what color the harness plug is because i fear that ive crossed a plug. thanks for any other help someone can give as well.

Default Re: hard starts and a bit of confusion (supradrifter)

ok well ive gotten the coolant temp sensor problem figured out, i had some plugs switched. anyways, i still have this massive problem of my car wanting to missfire at any RPM higher than 4-4500. the car also just threw a code 12, EGR lift sensor. not only that but my tach jumps all over the place when it missfires as well. someone please help me in out of ideas!
