I bought a civic hatchback a while back with an acura cd player installed. I put a new ecu in the car earlier and disconnected the negative battery terminal before doing so. The player worked fine but when I got into the car to drive it after the ecu swap today, it had ejected the cd and it was sitting half way out. I took the cd out and tried to put in a new one and it would not take it and says error-3 on it now. Is there some sort of way to reset the player or a combination of buttons to push. I don't know what model, but if there is someway to identify it I will get back asap. Thanks

yea so I found out about those crazy security codes so I said screw it b/c previous owner didn't inform me of that and just threw in my old alpine, hooray. Peace
