91 teg WTF is this and where do these go?
i cant really tell where those hoses are coming/going from but i think 2 or 3 (as labeled)go onto the little breather extention on the intake pipe...but like i said i cant really tell, any other picture angles

nowhere. They are breather lines coming from the valve cover. They should be disconnected at both ends. Dont take them out as they are connected to a coolant line that is unaffected (obviously) by their operation. If you have an aftermarket intake, you usually have a breather filter on the valve cover and the intake, or you have a hose from the valve cover to the intake. Those hoses are fume recirculation hoses from the valve cover to the OEM intake.

As stated above, the broken part is a dashpot. It is usually connected to the intake for the purpose of preventing the throttle plate from closing too quickly when you lift off the gas. You do not have to have it.
It is NOT recommended to use one of those BS breather elements on the valve cover where you have that hose coming off. That hose is also supposed to be hooked to the intake. Without it the PCV system will not work as it was designed to.
