Default poroblem- very low compression on b18a

just had the comp tested on my swapped civic, im pretty sure that normal comp for this motor is in the 170's but the comp for all pistons goes as high as 125 and as low as 100, also its running pretty rich, anyone have any idea what could cause this, how i could fix it, or how i could find out whats wrong with it, any serious anwsers would be greatly appreciated

may be valve seals aswell.
