ya i know seafoam works for sure but i'm always reluctant to use it on my cars (usually they are high mileage) and i've heard if you take off all the carbon it can damage your motor because it's been running over the carbon and the carbon has filled the holes or gashes or w/e. but i'm sure it'd be funny with all the smoke and ****. give it a try, let scared people like me know first hand. g'luck either way
edit. i'm pretty sure you put some threw a vaccume line, some in the gas tank, and maybe some threw the oil hole in the valve covor?

there was a thread on here about sea foam and it didn't really do anything. it was i think a couple months back when i was going to try it but he did a thread on it.so right now its no sea foam and anything else. i'm only asking because when my valve cover gasket had a leak. the oil was sucked in through the intake pipe and throttle body. so i just wanted to clean the inside of the intake manifold and whatever else in the engine.

Then take it out and have the engine hottanked,
You're not going to get all that gunk in it completely cleaned with seafoam.

Marvel mystery oil
The only way to get it clean is to take it apart and clean that sheeet. Stiff bristle brush and some carb cleaner is your friend. Clean the piston tops til there shiny and make sure you cover your water jackets so **** doesn't get in there or just pull the block plug and rinse those out too.
Then clean the bottom of the head as well.
New headgasket and installation is the reverse of taking apart.
