really need your help my clips that hold the window came loose and then when i tried to tighten it and it broke is there any way to fix it? and how do you remove it cause i might go to the junk yard and try to remove it. thanks in advance
take off the trim peace wich is held on by 2 screws after that you will see the glass with 3 more screws holding the window go to the junk yard and take them off and your window will be fixed
Haha, I JUST figured out how to fix it on my car last night.
They're not available new from Honda, so you'll have to go junkyard hunting.
The clip that's misssing is a black plastic clip with a square metal nut in it. You'll need a small screwdriver/pick something like that, you have to rotate the nut to run parallel with the clip, and then it will slide out.
It's hard to explain, but you'll understand once you see it. The metal nut rotates in the plastic clip. You'll probably have to pull several of them to get a set that isn't cracked. I had to pull 6 to get 3 good clips.
