Default In the market for a used Gs-R

I'm planning on purchasing a used 1994 integra gs-r...stock b18c1, approximately 122k miles, and mild suspension work (koni yellows w/ground control) My question is that the previous owner had told me that he had supercharged the motor but also used Nitrous on the motor as well...I've driven the car and it feels fine...and no problem with leaking oil...What is there to lookout for? A motor with high mileage with previous heavy doses of abuse could lead to more problems down the road?

do a compression test first
