Default 1995 Prelude Manual Tranny Fluid???

Im just putting the finishing touches on my H22A1 motor swap into my 1989 prelude the i've read that you just use regular 10W30 Motor Oil in the Transmission. Im just wondering if there is any other suggestions out there im open to anything, maybe something synthetic? im not sure. if you guys could help me out that would be awesome.

Honda now has a 'special' MTF, but for a long time 10w30 or 5w30 was the recommended fluid for the manual trans.

Manual transmission fluid doesnt have to be anything special. The transmission doesnt really heat up as much as your car engine, thats why you dont have to change it as often as your engine oil. You can use 10w30 and be totally fine. I have used that before. Now I have Honda MTF in my car. It doesnt really feel much different, but I have a little more peace of mind.
