if you were to sell the whole car, would it be a 100% complete running car? Why wouldn't you just try to get it registered and drive it?

japanese ITRs don't have center consoles with padded armrests. the metal badge is underneath the e-brake handle and just says "98 Spec R". you can buy the badge new from a bunch of places like password and ICB.
