2000 JDM ITR rear sway bar 25mm?
I just bought a rear sway bar from a JDM front clip (the sway bar was included with the clip) and the guy who sold it to me said that it was 25mm and only 2000-2001 JDM ITRs have them. Can any of you JDM nuts confirm this?
Also, BSQ (I know you read every sway bar post), do you think your mounting kit can support the 25mm bar?

my friend that imports jdm clips said that the rear is 23 and that the front is 25....but im not sure...i was thinking about buying these sways too.....ill try and find out for sure. while ur at it u should get the knuckle brace that ips sells. the rear knuckle on usdm itr is lnked by this flimsy piece of junk, whereas the jdm type-r comes with a nice sturdy piece for the rear knuckles. it will make ur car more stable.
I have the 22mm ITR swaybar on my car now and I held this one up and it's more then 1mm bigger.
maybe its a mugen swaybar that was installed on the car

I can tell a rear sway bar from a front one on account of it wouldn't fit in the rear. Let me go grab some pictures of the bar to so you guys. It could be a Mugen bar I guess.
Edit: I'll take the 22mm one I have on now off this weekend and compare it to the new one and snap some pictures. It's kinda hard to measure the thickness of the bar with a flat ruler right now.
I had never heard of 25mm on a ITR before but I'll have to get some proper measuring tools and check this one.

98 and up JDM ITR front sway bar is 25mm and rear is 23mm rear upper arms are also tubular versus cast....... I know because I have them all........
Also, BSQ (I know you read every sway bar post)
I would also agree with everyone else..."98 and up JDM ITR front sway bar is 25mm and rear is 23mm"
While installing the new sway bar I checked the D-bracket bushing and it had a 23 on it and my old one had a 22 on it so I guess that answers my original question.
