98 Accord Timing Belt work - how to remove front crank pulley
Folks, I'm in the middle of a timing belt (and water pump change). I've done plenty of B motors, but this is my first V6 (98 Accord V6 EX 4 door). I've removed both accessory belts and relocated the power steering pump out of the way. I've removed the side motor mount and have a jack under the tranny/motor. I've also removed the upper timing belt covers. I'm down to removing the front pulley / harmonic balancer and that's where I'm stuck.
I have a pretty good Ingerol Rand impact gun but can't get the 19mm bolt to budge. I'm assuming it's threaded normally, so counter-clockwise should take it off. The pulley doesn't have the internal mega hex like B motors so it doesn't appear you need to use the crank holding tool.
Any advice on how to remove the front crank pulley/harmonic balancer is much appreciated. Nope, I don't have the Helms manual... I'm searching for that now but generally the stores around there just carry the Chilton's stuff.
Thanks much, Dave K.

you might try to hydrolock your impact for more power.
If an engine turns clockwise you can brace a breaker bar against the ground and bump the starter.
