Default Getting a 96 EK

Okay guys I'm about to get a 96 EK......It has a 99 front end converson....its white....it has black housing headlights, clear tail lights, its lowered, the doors are shaved, it has a short throw shifter, stage 1 clutch, strutbar, headers, cold air intake.......its pretty clean, i love it.....the only thing i dont like about the car is the rims are ugly.......i need to find some used rims and tires for cheap......any suggesdtions on what would look good? i was thinking black with a silver lip......

shaved doors is the ugliest thing in the world
from the sound of things some rota rims would be your best bang for your buck, they are cheap and you can get them in many different replicas

okay i will look into it......you really think shaved doors are ugly? i think it actually looks good on this car though...

+1 on pics, shaved door handles is kind of ricey to me.

i think he means shaved side mouldings
which is ugly on eks

& how is shaved handles ricey

it takes hard work & precision to do it which is almost never involved in rice

the door handles aren't shaved, its the side mouldings.....i think it looks good......but thanks for the advice guys.......pics are coming asap

Black with polished lip are severely overplayed imo, id get some dark bronze to match the white paint.

This should be in a/c forum. OP check the cosmetic forum there will be tons of pics of similar color type cars to see what rims you like and then go on the marketplace and buy em.
