Any quality 5W-30 motor oil will be fine.

If the only reason you're changing the oil is because the car has been sitting for a month, I wouldn't bother doing it. However if it needs an oil change anyway, just let it run a bit until it's warm, then shut it off and change the oil.

I'd recommend just starting the car, letting it warm up, and check it. If it's dirty I'd change it, but just sitting for a month wouldnt make you need to do a change inless it needs it.

and yeah any 5w-30 will be fine.

Actually I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter worth of ****.

Only reason for heating it up is so it flows either. At lest I'm pretty sure that's what it's all about. Don't know, I always make sure it's hot when I change it .
