Default how much can i sell my car for? 7k?

hey everyone,

i just wanted to see your opinions on what my car is worth.
KBB is 3100, so i was hoping 7k at the most and 6200 at the very least.
What do you think?

here is the breakdown:

1994 clean title white four door integra rs
250whp/ 230 tq fully tuned on Cromepro
185 compression all the way across and leak down test yielded great results
oil changed every 2000-2300 miles with Mobil 1 extended peformance and KN oil filter

$2,800 - $3,100

Having aftermarket parts does not increase the overall value of the car. You would be better off parting out the stereo equipment and aftermarket parts, then sell the car stock. Not many people would want to buy someone else's project car.

You might be able to find someone to pay $7K for it, just because its a turboed 4dr. But that still doesn't change the fact that it is a 1994 4dr RS with 1XXK miles. Its a 13 year old car if that helps put things into perspective.

Depending on the condition of the car, your better off parting out the turbo stuff and then selling the car. You will probably get the same price with or without the turbo in the car.

Realistic price on the car, depending on mileage and condition, is probably between $3500~4500.

part it out man then sell it, you can get your money faster than waiting for someone to pay 7k for your car IMO.

Would you want to buy someone else's project car, you don't know how well he could've taken care of it, you don't know how well he installed the parts, you could just be buying his problems. Stock cars are worth way more than ones with parts on them, plus you'll never get the money back out of your parts if you leave them on the car.

Aftermarket parts don't add value to your car unless it is what the buyer is looking for. Personally if it was my car I would remove the turbo and sell that separate.

Okay, well i guess you guys haven't check out the vehicles for sale forum latetly..

After market parts do not increase the value of the car, but LOOK around car's are not selling by the KBB..

Looking at the list of your parts it sounds like it's very nice and if it is..

there is someone out there that would buy it for your asking price.. Ignore lowballers and be patient and sell it for your asking price.

if your not in a hurry to sell then yes....but in my opinion 7k is too much, especially for only 250whp

In my past experience selling cars that I have modded, it is far easier to part out all of the items that can be removed quickly. I.E., stereo, wheels, bolt ons, etc.

After you have regained some of your investment from these parts, re-evaluate what you "have to have" for the car and price it from there.

just seen the pictures and i think its ok at 5k...noway near 7 though..its just not that worth it and if it had atleast 400whp i would consider 7k...so it does matter FOR ME...since when is a 4door RS "light"

to the OP if someone dangles 5k in front of you take it and run

I just say ''light'' due to it being one of the lightest integra chassis..
