Default Mugen twinloop on 06 si?

Anyone know if a mugen twinloop will fit on an 06 Si coupe? If it's possible to fit, is this a good match?

Son's car, not mine, he's looking for deeper tone, not that whiny resonant thing, reasonable SPL and a bit of a performance boost. I've been told the Mugen twinloop is a good system, but it doesn't appear they fit this year/model.

Thanks in advance.

Tim

As far as I know mugen does not currently make a specific piece for the 06 si... I'm sure that if you REALLY wanted to you could buy one for another application and get the muffer to fit by welding and bending the correct piping.

Mugen does make an exhaust specific to the 06+ si. It's actually for the sedan, but it's only an axle back and should work for the coupe as well. Also, the Mugen sedan is supposed to be out in spring and I've been told by a friend who is a parts manager where I got my Si that they will be carrying Mugen "accessories" when the car is released (whatever that means, I guess) I wouldn't hack up good parts just to make them fit my car, either call king motorsports or wait on Honda.

Mugen makes a SS style exhaust for the 4door but they do not make a twin-loop style setup for the '06... which I believe is what the OP was more interested in?

Mugen's Sports Silencer for the new 2006+ Civic Si 4-Door is made from premium grade 304 Stainless Steel. The system produces a deep and mellow tone and features a smaller slash cut tip for the sleeper look. 8whp gains can be expected. System comes complete with all hardware and gaskets required for installation. Also includes the exclusive "Mugen Equipped" metal emblem.

Even though it's not the twin-loop that the OP posted about; it is Mugen, it is for his car, and it does meet his needs. He only mentioned the twin-loop, never said he was more interested or less interested. Just heard it was good.

I was only trying to help, sorry if I forgot to mention it was just a "Sport" type exhaust and not the twin-loop (which they don't make for newer cars.)
