I'm not sure if it's just mine, or if there's a problem, but it sounds absolutely terrible. I have the bass/treble all the way up, and it sounds like I have the Loud feature (which I don't think exists here) turned off. It only starts to sound decent when I make it real loud, other than that, there is absolutely no bass and it sounds so, so weak.

In comparison to the TSX we have, it sounds like complete garbage next to it. I don't know if someone is wrong with it, or I'm missing some feature, or it's just poor in the first place. Anyone know?

i've tried adjusting everything.. i'm just shocked at how terrible it sounds, they hyped up the audio like it'd be something good when i bought it.

 

Or maybe it sounds good, but you're just used to having loudness on all the time, and you think you don't get enough bass/treble?

Have you made sure all the speakers are working by using the balance and fade, and listening at the sub, [if you have one]?

Does it sound distorted/unclear or is the problem just no bass, or just not loud enough.

you mention that the sound in your TSX is much better, there is a big diff. in both the car and the systems in them, between the RXS and the TSX, if you are used to the sound in a TSX then it is no surprise that your RSX sounds like crap to you. 94
