i didnt really read what you posted but just get your ecu chipped and have some one with a wideband and ostrich and crome pro tune your car you'll save money in the end.
You're in PA, you can go to Jeff Evans and get regular Neptune, which is more reliable than Crome, and very inexpensive. That or Neptune RTP, and go to whatever tuner you want, or play with it yourself.
