PLEASE HELP!!

This sux man,
I just did this and took a ton of pics, but I havent gotten them developed yet.

Okay heres the scoop, I have a 90 DX and I put 89 SI doors on them, and they fit perfect.
Open the door- there are 2 hinges unbolt the hinges on the DOOR with a wrench. then there is the door pin in the middle pull that out be careful it may shoot out really fast.

Put the new door on, it took me and 2 other big guys to hold the doors in and align it right, put the bolts in and tighten them down by hand, now manevuar the door so it fits just perfect trust me it will take a while......finally torque down the bolts, and put the pin back in, if the door is off by just a lil, you can adjust the lil latch on the Frame where the door locks.....unscrew that and you can move it down, it will latch great.
Ill get those photos developed and scanned....and get um up ASAP

I hope the doors you are getting are not from an 88 without windows. The windows from 88 have different mounting points in them from 89-91. I am pretty sure it is because 88 was the only crx from 88-91 without door mounted seat belts.

Is there somewhere I can get exact instructions so as to save time and not screw things up...basically I'm going to be taking everything off my old doors(panels, speakers, seatbelts, windows, etc.) and putting them on new ones...if anyone has a website or an old thread...it'd be helpful

I think all you have to do is remove the window regulator, the window, the seat belt and all the things envolved with it, than just the simple speaker things. the wire shouldn't be a problem. As far as taking the window out I think it just has 2 bolts and at the top of the door are 2 rubber seals on both sides of the door and they should just pull off. Their only held on by some small plastic clips. But make sure you keep all of them because if that thing doesn't seal right all the water goes into the door when you wash it or it rains. It sucks, trust me.

The windows? hard to take out?

cmon peeps, pull the door panel off, (thats the hardest part to do it carefully)...then there are 2 bolts that keep the window attached to the main slider...just unscrew them...and it will pull out.

I have two extra windows just sittin around in perfect shape I took outta my old doors 50 bucks for the both of them, you pay shipping to....

ok here's the deal...I found door shells - 75 bux a piece, and no rust...I'm going to look at them tomorrow...they have nothing...no glass, panel, seatbelt, or mirror...so if anyone can tell me how to get all that off the old door and on the new...that'd be grand...and of course I can figure some of it out myself, but I don't wanna screw this up!!!

Common sense is all you need to switch this stuff over. Set the doors up next to each other and as you take stuff off of your old doors, put it right on your new door. There are 2 10mm bolts that hold the window on to the regulator, 5 10mm bolts that hold the regulator on to the door shell. 3 Phillips head screws that hold the mirror on, I think 13 or 14mm nuts on the seat belts (I have an 88 so not sure on that) 2 10mm bolts that hold the outside door handle on and 3 phillips heads that hold the latch release on. Other than that, it's just wires and rods. Pretty straight forward.
