First off, dont type with cap locks, it idicates yelling.
second for turbo questions I would reccomend posting in the FI forum as that is what it's there for. But you will get more answeres for turbo in here than NA. more people boost.
To answer your question, lots of people use t3/t4 for boost.

I wouldnt trust an E-Bay kit (Especially the turbo) and that doesnt look like it has any fuel management.
