Default 94 civic ex tranny grinding

ok so my tranny started grinding into 2nd about 6 months ago but it only did it when i really got on it, figured i wasn't disengaging the clutch as fast as i was shifting, but then about a month ago it started doing it more, it did it mostly when i was down shifting but always did it when i got on it, now it always grinds on the down shift and sometimes grinds during normal city driving and alway grinds when i'm shifting hard.....whats the fix? its only second gear... the car has original engine and tranny, its stock with exhaust and intake, and it has about 113k miles...

I've done this to three honda's now, and it works. Put Syncromesh in the transmission. Drain out the old, and fill it with the Syncromesh. Did it to my DC, my friends DC, and his EG and it worked great.
