TD Autowerkes EK makes 729 whp @ 30 psi!!!!!
After many nights of working on the car and getting it to meet all safety requirements, we finally got the car where we need it to be for the 2007 season.
The setup on the car is rather simple... we werent going for 800-900 hp numbers to wow anyone what we wanted was a car that would make good power without having to run 40-45 psi of boost. the car was built from scratch here at the shop and the setup apparently worked pretty well . id like to thank:
Lance Ho Lung for all the help and tuning
Zeke @ Ferrea valves roller rocker setup ROCKS!
Bob @ omnipower
Joe @ Precision Turbo
Tom @ camp1320.com
Bebo @ CFT
Peggy @ Spin Werkes wheels
Chris H @ Competition Clutch

how do you like the roller rocker setup? I have been looking into them but couldnt find anyone who is running it. What cams are you running?
the clutch setup is a competition clutch twin disc..... works great and has been holding up just fine
the roller rocker set is amazing.....throtle response is great...... but depending on the setup it can be quite violent if you arent easy on the gas while street driving it..... " whiplash" is you step on it suddenly!

i dont know about recovery time because the bov doesnt open between gears so i wouldnt know.....
on the dyno the dynojet want reading rpm only mph....but at about 6,000 the car is making about 500-550 hp so shifting the car at 10 it will always be in the powerband.
as far as intercooler piping..... we have been considering it.... we need to make stable jigs to make the piping on and since there are 20 different intercoolers/20 intake manifolds and 20 turbo manifolds the # of jigs needed would be phenomenal.... and at teh end of the day , fitment will be an issue... so we offer materials/clamps/couplings etc but unless the car is here its hard to make it 100% right... especially people wanting 3 inch charhe piping...no margin for error on that!....
1600 cc injectors and a weldon 2025b pump....

are you guys currently running the maxwork's v1 camshafts in your car? if so did you have to play a lot with the cam gears to set the cams up properly? did you do any cam adjustments on the dyno as well? thanks
beautiful car.
