EK9 Question..??

well i sold my car and i have just found a EK9 HB with a H22a swap..sellin for $3600..only thing is doesnt start..wat do you guys think the problem is and is it a easy fix? and is this a good deal or no?

Does it prime? Does the starer solenoid engage? Need more info then just not starting.

A little more info on what it does would probably help diagnose it.
