Default 96 GS-R cluster fit in a Civic

I have a friend that wants to do a 96 GS-R cluster swap into his 92-95 Civic. Will it fit and is there a lot of work to be done? Thanks

alot of guys do it on this board it is not that hard. I have one in my 2000 civic. It is a little more work cause you have to cut and splice wires instead of repiniing like in the 6th gen but go for it cause it is a mod not many do. Also there is a guy on here that will take your gsr cluster and retro fit the guages into your stock cluster housing so that it is a really clean swap. makes it much easier.
