with stock fuel pressure you can only safely make 227hp with 440cc. thats 80% duty cycle.

440s are good for more than 230. I would say 440s. You can pick some dsm ones and a resistor pack for 50-100 bucks. Or ill sell you a set for 1500 with a free turbo kit included.

why would you need something smaller? they will work perfect.
