Please, read, read, and read. Read until you get to the point that you shut your eyes and see it all come together instantly. That's what I did before my 1st ever greddy install. I could have put it together in my sleep before it was all said and done. Now, well, now it's a diff. story
true i asked this question a long time ago and after about 4 months of reading maximum boost and HT FI's forum i probably know about 20% of everything out there
if that... as to your questions there are many write ups on here and homemade turbo has tons of different set ups. Also try searching for individual things i.e. fuel pump, injectors, MAP sensor bypass...blah blah blah

lol, this just eminded me. I was watching that "Forza " challenge show on Speed last night. That one team decided to use theire money won to add a turbo kit to the 350z. They had the whole kit spread out on a table and reading the instructions scratching their heads. I almost fell off the couch laughing.
Research as much as you can. Don't be afraid to ask detailed wuestions. You'll usually get good detailed answers. There will always be something unexpected pop up in the process so don't be alarmed. The "EF" is one of the more complex cars to turbo do to fitment. I cary EF charge pipe kits if you need one.

in the write up i posted above he shows how the oil lines go. there pretty simple you just got to tap into the oil sensor on the back of the block run it to the turbo and thats your feed line. oil drain run from turbo down to the oil pan and tap your fitting into the oil pan. you can get whole oil line kits from stealthmode performance.
the write up above is def. very helpful but the one thing i strongly advise to not do is tap the oil pan. the better option would be to drill a hole "with the pan off of course" and have a bung welded on, that way the threads actually have something to "grab" onto.
the vac. lines are pretty straight forward one line from the mani to bov and one line from mani to wastegate cant get much easier than that.
and as far as it running good...i have a turbo z6 in my 90 si on 7 lbs with an fmu
and it can pull on 5.0 mustangs with no problem i even pulled about 2 cars on an rx8 the other night. so as long as you get a decent turbo and a good tune, you should be very happy and very impressed with it.
good luck

drill the hole and jb weld FTMFW.
and on the vac lines run you a vaccum manifold tee it into the line like in the write up then run you vaccumm hose to it.
