New Owner
Hi Everyone,
I just bought a 2007 civic sedan ex. I am still waiting for it to be done at the dealership with the extras. I am very excited as this is my first car. I got the heated leather seats with the embroidered civic logo in black. The interior is all black.
I cannot wait to start building it my own way. Just a quick question. What are we allowed to mod within the warranty? Obviously rims will be the first thing to go on, but that sholdn't make any problems right?
Well this is just a quick hello to the site.
Thanks

if you put aftermarket wheels on and the tire blows out or the rim falls off the car it will not be covered under warranty. But if your window regulator (or anything else) fails you'll be covered.
Basically if any modification done to the car ulitmatley causes any sort of malfunction/faliure/damage the repairs will not be covered(assuming they have "proof" that the mods were to blame.)
