New system, comments/suggestions ???
i just purchased 4 75-watt rms 225-watt peak, infinity kappa 3-ways with a 440-watt 4-channel amp.
and 2 MTX 9500 10's ( 750watt rms, 2000 watt peak ) along with a mtx 1501d 1500watt amp
should i go with custom box with the subs facing upward, also showcasing the amps and cap?
or should i go with a traditional box, to save room

Umm, it's your car. Do you want to showcase the equipment or do you want to have room to carry stuff in your trunk?
Make your own decision... We can't help you.

omg, those 9500 are going to tear your car apart. lol. I wish i could hear it. If you can put those is a ported -rectangal enclosure. You will be in for a treat. Make sure you do not under power. If you are not going custom mtx has a custom enclosure for them that are allready made. Good choice on the mtx line. I had the 15 version and it created so much spl in the mtx sledgehammer in my da shop car that it broke the sunroof and poped the back window out.
