Anyone know the torque specs for crower rod caps on a H22

Default Anyone know the torque specs for crower rod caps on a H22

Also I see all green bearings installed, is it likely that these are oem honda bearings being used?

Honda color codes their bearings. Green is the ''middle'' selection bearing and you'll most likely see these or yellows on dissassembled motors.

Crower's spec for the billets is 45ftlbs.

Not sure if you understand... I bought the block built with crower rods already installed. What I need to know is if the bearings that they installed, which have green on the sides, are most likely oem honda bearings?
