Hey guys, I searched and found tons of info but none of them seemed to be what I was looking for. For some reason, for the past few days, my car has been making some weird hissing/winding noise from the transmission side of the engine. It hisses some times when I'm driving and when I go over a speed bump, there's a winding noise. I don't even know exactly where the winding noise is from because when I stop, the noise goes away. Then when I go, the noise comes back. any input would be appreciated. thanks.

i think i may be having the same problem. at first i thought it was the power steering pump...like a bearing gone bad. i cant find anything else wrong though. I think its one of your belts.

 

check your axles..
