Q on removing viper alarm goin to stock...?

Default Q on removing viper alarm goin to stock...?

quick question if anyone knows,if i remove the entire alarm/remote start system(its some viper 2-way) out of my 99 civic,will the stock keypad automatically work again or does something else need to be done?

depends on what the installer that put it in did what to your car.

i think they may have cut a single wire under the dash for the factory keypad that was cut and spliced for the alarm i think,if i remove alarm and re-connect this wire could that be it?

it could or it could not be. look to see if he unplugged it from the oem unit

yea that was it,i removed the alarm last night,and it was the only wire that was cut in half and ran into a relay so i re-connect and stock keypad and alarm works fine.thanks for your help
