Default whats the deal??

so i just bought a carbon fiber spoon duckbill spoiler for my 93 hatch dx and a cd player from a local kid. the cd player isnt getting any power and wont turn on.....and the spoiler, i can t seem to bolt it down and open the hatch with out it hitting the roof....

i took off the stock spoiler with the 4 bolts (10mm) and unplugged the brake light and unscrewed the spray for the wiper...but when i put the new spoiler on, and open the hatch it doesnt open all the way and hits the roof.

I don't know what to think about the duckbill spoiler beside poor fitment. On the cd player check the wirings and check fuse.

alll the connections seem to be in...the stock harness from the car is plugged into the new harness to the deck and all the colors are matched up. and the black antenna goes right into the deck... i checks trhe fuse and it wasnt burnt out.. i cant figure out why the deck shows no power life....

the deck has a fuse in it(10) and its not blown...

BY THE WAY, I GOT THE SPOILER TO WORK!!!!!! 2 OF THE BOLTS WERE KINDOF BENT SO I JUST GOT THEM IN THE HINDGE ALITTLE BIT AND THEN PUT THE NUTS ON. then i tightened them down slowly and lifted t he hatch up and down and nothing hits... so that problem is all clear..

except what should i do abut my spray for the wiper?? kink it off so it doesnt spray anymore??

ok so your going to kill your battery

red=12 volt constant (right off the battery)
yellow=12 volt ign. (off the ignition switch)

by combining the two together your head unit won't turn off... thus killing your battery

heh, nice call. if it doesn't turn on and your fuse isn't blown there is something wrong with the wiring. you having to splice two wires together would prove that it seems.
