Intake Manifold??

Intake Manifold??
I was wondering if you could take the Intake Manifold off of a D16Y8, including throttle body and make it work on D16Y7? You know what one I am talking about, with the messed up mounting of the Throttle Body.

Thanks man, that site is a great help, it always helps to see someone do it first then dive in and find out. Does anyone have information on the D16Y8 Head swap onto the D16Y7 Block.
