1999 accord interior questions.

1999 accord interior questions.
Is there supposed to be a light bulb that lights up where the shifter letters are? I dont want to go tearing it apart to find out there is not one there.

Yeah the dash works for the gear selector but down on the console the bulb must be burned out.

I have to replace the bulb and another one in the hvac controls
i have to get a another key made and get a keyless entry remote.
