After considerable thought, i have deceided to buy back my R.
Just wondering how much to buy a front clip?
And where to look for one?

well recently i crashed my R. the insurance company told me that the R is total lose.
So now i'm buying back the R and fixing it.

Take the 4k from the jdm front end and buy a civic hatch and swap everything and even save money on the insurance!

 

yea I was thinking about that, but the thing is I love my R no matter what. Plus i'll be the only guy in my city with an R w/ a JDM conversion( yea i live in a small city, sort of).

 

What are you going to be paying to get it back?

 

You realize if u put it into a Hatch crap with the entire R engine, suspension, interior etc it will essentially be the R, with a disguise. My advice would be to buy the hatch and forget about troubles with a bent frame or something else that might pop up after uve thrown 10k back into the car restoring it.

 

Hatch with a B18C5 = fun.

 

Just buy it back sell it on ebay and everyone here will think that you're selling stolen ITR ****, or do what someone else said put it in a Hatchback and then everyone here will think that you're driving around with a stolen ITR motor. It will be sweet!

yea true. But still i'm getting a really good price for the work so i think that it's still worth the money!

 

I repaired R will never be as good as the original. Get the hatch.

 

find a whole jdm front cilp that includes dash, rhd

 

Sell me your block. And part out the rest of the car and buy another R.
