Quickest manual 4 cylinder?

A bit of a vague question with the abundance of SFWD, SRWD, T/S, etc. competitors on the circuit. Who's the quickest out there with a 4 cylinder that's still manually shifted in street trim? I know of Mazworx's 9.22 and a couple of Evo's but any updates? Thanks for any input.

John Shepherd went 8.xx when his car was still basically a street car.

Johns car is still more streetable than MOST SFWD cars.
