I'm parting out my built D16Z6 and turbo setup that I have currently on my '90 SI. Parts with mileage used and prices are below:
.:D16Z6 short block:.
all parts have less than 100 miles on them, never boosted higher than 7psi.
Wiseco 75.5mm K546M755 8.5:1 pistons and rings
Eagle CRS5394HO rods w/ 3/8" ARP 2000 Bolts
OEM Honda oil pump
OEM Honda water pump
OEM Honda bearings (rods, mains, thrust)
OEM Honda rear main seal
tapped oil pan w/ OEM pan gasket and magnetic drain plug

OEM valve seals changed less than 100 miles ago
stock cam w/ Megan 6-bolt adj. cam gear
valve cover and VTEC solenoid included
no dizzy and no manifolds

SOHC short ram style manifold, downpipe (5-bolt, 2.5" to 3" flex pipe after oil pan), DEI heat-wrapped dumptube (all painted with VHT 1500* flat black paint and baked on)



the welds aren't the greatest where it meets the flexpipe, but it doesn't leak at all.

fit just fine on D16Z6 in a '90 hatch with stock crossmember and EG half rad

Exedy Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch Kit (clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, alignment tool, NO pilot bearing; all with about 100 miles use)
$250 + shipping

3" downpipe back full stainless exhaust. Welded in some spots, clamped in others, has downpipe that is listed above still clamped to it, but I can separate. The part that goes up and over the rear lower control arm is full stainless steel flexpipe, not the cheap crap.

Magnaflow muffler, painted flat black.
$200 + shipping for the whole exhaust from downpipe back
I will be updating with more stuff (including intercooler and piping) as interest grows. check back for updates

Bump for you delsoldon-Do you have reciepts for all the parts you put in the motor and I assume the sleeves are stock since you didn't list them? If you don't mind me asking why are you already getting rid of this setup if you have never had the chance to experience it (less than a 100 miles)??? Do you have a transmission for sale with this setup????

i bought most of the stuff online, so i can provide the paypal invoices and i happened to find the receipt from majestic honda when i bought the bearings, but i don't have a scanner.
reason for selling is that i've had a couple life changes since starting the project and i just want to sell while everything is gently used. i have a daily driver, so this car just sat and i'm tired of it just sitting waiting on a tune and good weather.
i will be using the transmission that i had on it in the same car, but i have quite a few other d-series trannies if you would want one. i have an 89-91 civic/CRX SI cable tranny, a Z6 tranny, a Y8 tranny, two B7 trannies, and two auto trannies.
i also have an Exedy cerametallic stage 2 clutch and pressure plate that will be coming off and up for sale too. like everything else, about 100 miles.

was the engine built by you or did you take it to a shop? i live in louisville, do you know what shipping would be to 40219?

bore and hone was done by a shop, but assembly was done by myself. if you're just in louisville, i could meet you halfway.
