hey guys i have a 94 gsr that i just got and when i first got the car the oil looked freshly changed and clean

after taking it out for the first time and driving it for about an hour or so i came home checked the oil and everything it was dirty as hell and prety much down to the second dot on the dipstick (low mark wat ever u wanna call it)

the thing is its not leaking so it must be burning it right? if tahts the case its gotta be a ring right? just wondering what u guys think i havent had a chance yet to really look into it and im not gonna have enough free time till this weekend and its really bothering me so any help woul be great

any questions,ideas or comments please post em uppp

 

the onyl thing taht makes me think its not the rings is i dont understand how the oil got dirty SOOO fast its dark enough for most people to change which probly doenst help alot but its way to dark for afew miles of driving
does burning oil cause the oil to get dirty? doenst make alot of sense to me if thats the case

or im i just really off and its not burning oil at all?!

first of all have u done an oil change? second of all is it smoking? vtec tends to burn a lot of oil if ur in it a lot which i was for a while. i checked my stick and there was no oil on it. scared the crap outta me. i think if it was u r rings or valve seals u would be burning but it would be smoking at the same time. if ur in vtec a lot thats ur answer. i also havew no leaks what so ever as do u from what u stated.

 

head gaskets shot pulled the valve cover and saw some milkey **** all over it so im pulling it and gonna put some pistons and rods in then turbo this threads doneee
