Hey guys, I thought I would go ahead and start this thread up. My car has been down from its old 340whp ls setup for a while since august, and now that the weather is warming up and I will be home from school a bit over spring break and such it is time to start a build thread. I have done a lot already and will slowly update with what has been done and is in progress.

Before I get 19817234231 comments about the lip, I know it sucks, it was free and I needed something to cover the intercooler like 2 years ago. It will be replaced soon. I am open for suggestions as to what to get though

The car is also lowered now, it will be in an update later on when I do the suspension

That is the basic setup overview. Now on with the pics, let me know how you guys feel and feel free to ask questions. Will be updated fairly often. I hope to have finished mid April at the latest.

Yeah it is some Xenon crap, the only thing I can say I like about it is the fact that it is Poly and has been through hell and back with now problems.

But seriously what would look clean on the car but still be strong enough to withstand abuse and cove the intercooler a bit?

what did you use to clean out the head?? carb. cleaner in a foam??

 

I used, brake cleaner, foamy engine brite, purple power, simple green, and a platic brush to break up all the ****. I then has the rest of the crap taken off with a hot tank.

since nobody even attempted to comment on the actual BUILD of the car and everyone on h-t is obsessed with lips/mirrors/**** that doesn't make you fast, i will say that this car is gonna be stacked.

u using 404's or are u confused?

404's are b18a/b N/A cams. U are just asking for trouble using them on a FI setup.

Try the 402T's, made for turbo applications.
