95 Ex fog light electrical problem!

95 Ex fog light electrical problem!
dont know where the yellow wire goes.. remote maybe?
i figured. the red and black go on terminals and ground to chaise but i can only get my fog light switch to go on in the dash and not the fog lights them selves. !??!
