ceramic brakes

How do you know if you have or should have ceramic brake pads?Is it an oem requirement or upgrade?

I have ceramic. Dont feel 'that' different to me. I would say probably 'green stuff' is the best. ceramic certainly reduced brake dust though.

i had a horrible experience with ceramics+brembo rotors....they gaulked up a lot, so i went back to organic
