hey i have a 94 gsr with intake and exhaust. Im about to buy stage 1 comp or crower cams and my question is how much more power should i expect tq and hp wise? also will i be able to feel it as in will vtec hit harder and louder? and do i need to get it tuned after words? And i know springs are recommended but do i really need them will damage occur with stage 1 thanks i really would like to know before i spend 300 bucks

 

You wont feel crap unless you get it tuned and you will probably run lean. Springs are not really needed if you are keeping your stock redline but it is reccommended.Most stg1 cams are pretty close to type R camshafts so maybe 10-15 hp or a little more depending on what other mods you have done.

 

torque most likely will only go up slightly but midrange and top end should get around 10 or 15. but definately get it tuned soon after. its probobly the bet option to get stage 1's if you are gonna drive it every day and then take it to the track

 

In my 99 gsr I installed skunk2 stage 1. I didnt get to much until I had it tuned. Ended up with around +8hp and +14trq. Just make sure you get it tuned and you should get some good gains.

 

probobly will have to get bigger injectors too. im not completely sure how much lift and duration they have but most likely it wount hurt to add a little more fuel then the stock injectors are capable of.

you are fine with stock injectors, that would be a waste of money for stage 1/2/3 cams.
Injectors you'd consider upgrading if your making 230+ hp. You should just save the money for a more important mod
