Default 98+ ITR motor into 94 GSR question

Looking at installing a 98+ ITR motor/trans into my 94 GSR. What options do I have for the wiring, since the ITR is OBDII and the GSR is OBDI? Keep the ITR engine harness or use the GSR harness? If I use a shop the for swap, is there more than one way to do this? If so, what would be the correct and best way as far as keeping as much as the ITR wiring/ecu as possible? Can I tell a shop I want it a certain way, so they don't take shortcuts? or is there only one way to do this?
Sorry for all the Q's, but I'm a Noob and need to educate myself so I can make informed decisions.
Thanks in advance,
John

you should be able to use the itr harness and everything will plug up... make sure you use both 02 sensors or the scu will throw a code. or if you get a chipped p28 or any chipped ecu.. you can use your stock harness that way the ecu wont look for a 2nd o2

as for the shop... you are the customer... you tell them how you want it. money talks
