Have time? It doesn't take 2 minutes to check..
1. Walk to car.
2. Open door
3. Pull Hood Lever
4. Open Hood
5. Look at top left side of the bottom end. There should be some along the lines of H22--. Could be an 'A', 'A1', 'A4', 'A5', or 'A7'. Take your pick.
6. Look to left of that at the Tranny Sticker. Should be four letters/digits some along the lines of but not limited to: 'M2S4', 'M2B4', 'T2T4'.
7. Remember Numbers/Letters and close Hood.
8. Close Door
9. Come back inside to computer
10. Post what the Numbers/Letters are.
See, simple 10 steps to get your question asked.
You welcome..

Just because a engine has a Red Valve Cover doesn't mean it's the Type-S. You can buy them any and everywhere..

Then that is not a Stock Type-S then.. It's just a regular USDM H22 and regular USDM Tranny. Nothing any more special than the next guys...
^^Unless engine is modified...
The Type-S or anything other than the "S", "Si", "VTEC", and "4WS" models were not sold in the US. Sorry, we didn't get anything special..
