Default ITR throttle body on B16 with a skunk2 manifold?

how can an ITR throttle body go into a CRX with a vacuum based map sensor (stock) i was looking at my friend's B16 95 CX, he has the electronic map sensor right on top of the throttle body, compared to my vacuum based system on the firewall. is this just a matter of splicing my wiring to the map sensor on the firewall onto the map sensor on the throttle body? thanks.

just get an itr manifold for your b16. skunk2 manifold for b16 is the same design but costs more. then you can use your itr tb on the itr mani.

the skunk2 manifold is very much improved over the b16, look at how straight the runners are compared to the B16. not to mention that the casting is bigger than a type r. my question is more along the lines of what does it take to make an ITR throttle body work? i have seen a few cars running it and i want to know how to wire in the map sensor.
